Jamie Ramsden became affiliated with Coleman Lew in 2017 and brings 20 years of international business experience to his association with the firm. For five of those years, he served as CEO of Torrance, CA-based Goodridge USA, a supplier to the automotive industry. During that time, he was also an executive leadership coach with clients in the UK, Europe, the Americas, Africa, and Asia.
Under Jamie’s leadership, Goodridge went through a period of 400 percent growth. Jamie was eventually part of a small global team that guided Goodridge to private-equity acquisition in 2013.
Jamie, originally from England but based in Davidson, NC, is the founder and CEO of Adastra Consulting, LLC. His clients include Coca-Cola, GE, PwC, Wharton Business School, American Express, Ford, Allstate, the U.S. Army, and numerous government agencies.
Fluent in French, Jamie earned an MBA with distinction from Lancaster University (UK) with a specialization in leadership and change management. He is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and received advanced leadership training from the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), where he has been an adjunct faculty member for over 10 years.

Jamie has music in his DNA. His grandfather was in a barbershop quartet, and his parents were professional musicians in the band The Silkie, which recorded a Top 10 hit in the ‘60s with The Beatles. Jamie and his siblings sing and play music, and Jamie performs with his English mum as “Silkie & Son” whenever she’s in town.
